Well I find doodling while I wrok keeps my eyes fresh and keeps me focused in weird way. Anyway this is a paper I wrote out all my notes for my shot. The notes are of things that I need to fix or change. So it is something that started of as goal oriented and the fact that I doodled on top of it kept me goal oriented.
